The undisputed king of durians. Rich, creamy, bittersweet flesh with an intense aroma. Deep golden colour with a thick, custard-like texture that melts on the tongue.

Ochee (D200)
The rare gem of the durian world. Deep orange flesh with a complex flavour profile — sweet, slightly alcoholic, with roasted almond undertones. Highly sought after by connoisseurs.
D24
Sultan
A well-balanced classic beloved for its smooth, creamy texture and mild bittersweet taste. Paler flesh compared to Musang King, with a gentler aroma — perfect for newcomers.
Red Prawn
Ang Heh (D175)
Named for its striking reddish-orange flesh. Sweet and mildly sticky, with a caramel-like sweetness and a hint of floral fragrance. A favourite for its photogenic appearance.
Connoisseur's Pick XO
D2
Named after the premium spirit for its distinctly alcoholic, fermented taste. Pale yellow flesh that is slightly watery yet intensely flavourful. An acquired taste that rewards the adventurous.
Golden Phoenix
Jin Feng
Small seeds, generous flesh. A smooth, creamy variety with a balanced sweetness and subtle bitter finish. Light golden colour with a pleasant, less pungent aroma.
Musang Queen
D160
The elegant counterpart to the King. Creamy, sweet flesh with less bitterness than Musang King, making it the perfect crowd-pleaser. Consistently excellent quality.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best durian variety for beginners?
D24 (Sultan) is the best variety for durian beginners. It has a smooth, creamy texture with a mild bittersweet taste and a gentler aroma compared to Musang King. At SGD 32 per kg, it is also the most affordable premium variety. D24 is grown primarily in Johor, Malaysia, and is available from June through September - the longest season of any variety we carry.
What is the difference between Musang King and Black Thorn durian?
Musang King (D197) has rich, creamy, bittersweet flesh with an intense aroma and deep golden colour - it is the most popular premium durian at SGD 58/kg. Black Thorn (D200, also called Ochee) is rarer and more expensive at SGD 68/kg, with deep orange flesh and a complex flavour profile including sweet, slightly alcoholic, and roasted almond notes. Black Thorn is grown primarily in Penang while Musang King comes from Pahang.
When is durian season in Singapore and Malaysia?
Peak durian season runs from June to August each year. This is when Musang King, Black Thorn, Red Prawn, Golden Phoenix, and Musang Queen are at their best. D24 has a slightly longer season extending through September. XO durian has the shortest season from July to August only. Pre-orders for the peak season open in May. Outside season, limited quantities may be available but supply is inconsistent.
How should I store durian after delivery?
Fresh durian should be consumed within 2-4 hours of delivery for the best experience. If you need to store it, wrap the flesh tightly in cling wrap, place it in an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Freezing extends shelf life to 1-2 months but changes the texture slightly. Never store whole unopened durians in the fridge - the smell will permeate everything. Our team can open and portion your durians at delivery upon request.
