1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with King of Durian (registered business name pending), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Ordering Process

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or our contact form. An order is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders due to stock availability or delivery constraints.

Prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before delivery. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow, and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.

4. Freshness Guarantee & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of every durian we deliver. If your durian arrives in poor condition or fails to meet reasonable quality standards:

• Contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue
• We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
• Replacements are subject to availability and are at our discretion

Important: As durian is a highly perishable food product, we do not offer cash refunds. Our remedy is replacement only. Quality judgements based on personal taste preferences (e.g., flavour strength, sweetness level) are not grounds for replacement.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, coverage areas, and timeframes are set out in our Delivery Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, road incidents).

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery window. Cancellations within 4 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the order value, as preparation and logistics costs may have been incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
